We welcome those whose goals or activities agree with or are compatible with our stated mission and current ministries. We do, however, reserve the right to deny access to these facilities to individuals or groups whose philosophy or activities we judge to be in conflict with our church theology or ministries.

Agreement for Facility Rental
Community/Ministry Group/Individual
New City Fellowship shall receive for the use of its facilities a fee of to be paid by lessee on a one time, weekly, or monthly basis, depending on agreement made. Cancellation by the applicant should be made as early as possible to allow others to use the facility. New City Fellowship (referred to as NCF in the remainder of this document) reserves the right to cancel or modify this agreement at any time for any reason. The following rules will apply to each event:
- Lessee understands and agrees that no alcoholic beverages will be brought onto the premises without prior authorization from the property manager, and no food or drink is allowed in the gym.
- Lessee understands that building will not be opened until an adult representing the above-named organization is present. Youth must be well chaperoned, and there will be no smoking in the building.
- NCF premises will be kept clean and restored to its original condition at the close of each event. Lessee will be required to pay for any repairs resulting from the scheduled event and caused by lessee and/or their guests. NCF will schedule the actual repair work.
- Parking and use of the facility will be limited to designated areas.
- Lessee will be solely responsible for personal belongings.
- Lessee will be required to provide a certificate of insurance proving they have current public liability coverage.
- Lessee agrees to fully indemnify and save NCF, its employees, volunteers and all other agents from any injuries, claims, actions, or losses based by any third party alleging wrongdoing or neglect, and be solely responsible for any damages, injuries, or claims to any person involved in or resulting from lessee's group or it's activities. In the event of any asserted claim against NCF, its employees, volunteers, and all other agents, lessee will defend at their own expense, save harmless, indemnify and reimburse NCF for any loss or liability that may arise from asserted claim, including claims arising from any alleged negligence on the part of NCF, its employees, volunteers and all other agents.
- Lessee understands that NCF Church and/or The Freedom School operations must take precedence in use of the facility. Every attempt will be made to avoid scheduling conflicts. However, NCF reserves the right to cancel this agreement at its discretion, and in such instances will refund any rental payments already received for those sessions, and notify the responsible party listed below.
IMPORTANT: SUBMISSION OF FACILITIES REQUEST DOES NOT GUARANTEE REQUEST HAS BEEN GRANTED UNTIL YOU RECEIVE CONFIRMATION FROM PROPERTY MANAGER
Sanitation requirements
Sanitation training requirements can be met by:
1) Presenting a valid certificate documenting the successful completion
of the Safe Serve course by someone in your group, which someone will be
responsible for proper kitchen operation while using the facility, under
the oversight of the New City Fellowship Kitchen Manager
2) Having the New City Fellowship Kitchen Manager train one of your
group to her satisfaction; she will remain the person responsible for proper
kitchen operation while using the facility; a donation for her services would
be expected
3) Hiring a person, either of your own choosing (point 1 above still
applies) or the New City Fellowship Kitchen Manager to oversee the kitchen
during your use of the facility. Appropriate reimbursement for services would
be expected.
